Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort ★★★★

Helpful staff, beautiful lagoon.

Loved the hospitality. All staff were very warm and always greeted us with a smile. Treated my kids exceptionally including playing with them. Kudos!

Breakfast options were meh.

The best part of the stay were the staff who were really helpful and friendly. The resort was designed in a way that everyone was spaced out nicely and it didn't feel overwhelming. This made the resort feel like a calm and peaceful oasis.

From the activities to the food, everything was really pricey. Food was subpar especially with the price that we were paying.

The standards of the rooms, service and facilities were beyond our expectations.

The BBQ food which we ordered were not marinated and was rather bland and tasteless Probably the only thing that was unsatisfactory through our stay.

The property was nice. Facilities were good the food was good too. Staffs are all friendly. Smiles and happy faces everywhere.

The only complaint is there were flies in their Patio restaurant. But other than that it is all good!

Loved the stress-free environment! The accomodation was superb, glamping at its best. Staffs were very ongoing and friendly. Appreciated everyone's politeness and professionalism.

We went to Natra during end Feb 2020 period where the regional health situation is very uncertain- we kept with the plan while ensuring we maintained good personal hygiene. To our surprise , Bintan custom has strict health declaration procedure (sorry the last time we went was 10 years ago and had the impression of less than matured travel destination) and we understand certain visitors are not allowed to enter due to safety and well being of the rest of visitors. Also, we noticed antiseptic gel in every parts of the Natra hotel. Their own staff themselves have maintained very good hygiene and cleanliness- very assuring for the hotel guests. In summary, we had very memorable experience in Natra. The facility , service and staff have exceeded our expectation. There are plenty of activities to go around for both adults and kids. Special call out to: 1. Agus and Henry - F&B manager - who have been attentive to our needs during lunch and dinner - always prompt to service and meet our requests during dining - very friendly manager that goes beyond call of duty - he is very hardworking as we see him from breakfast , lunch and dinner 2. Anna - reception manager - who has kept our kids entertained with drawing and conversation - she is friendly and very attentive to children too - she made our kids feel home during their play time in lobby. There are more people in the natra and Treasure Bay (Ferry from ATV, ...Andra from treasure Bay centre ) we want thank but we couldn’t get all their names: overall amazing team and live up the name of Marriot tribute collection. Keep up the good service and hope the crowd comes back soon !

We traveled here with our 18 month old boy and we all had a ball!! The staff were all so lovely (and patient) with our son and were so humble and kind to us. The facilities are next level and the rooms are clean and spacious. We are coming back with all our friends for sure!

Great stay in Natra! The Treasure Bay Lagoon is perfect to relax, chill and have fun. I only stayed one night but enjoyed it! Try their Massages at the SPA they are great! The staff is also very, very nice and pro.

Charm of Glamping: at night a bug noise kept me from sleeping well but nothing they can do about it !

Every one of the staff was friendly, greeted us by our names and remembered us throughout our stay. They were proactive and attended to is when we were waiting in the lounge to ensure that we had our shuttle service arranged. Staff was also very helpful in giving us directions and recommendations. Room was also very clean and well maintained.

The temperature of the shower was not warm enough, especially when the bathroom is open air with pretty strong winds in the night. The tent rustles in the wind and it could be rather noisy for light sleepers. But my partner slept through the rustling so it could only be a slight issue with light sleepers.

The staff was great and the view and facilities was out standing. We loved the bbq we arranged with the staff for my wife’s birthday. The breakfast was very nice.

Early morning and evening, the toilet has a lot of mosquitoes. Maybe they should stand by some mosquito coil for guest for the toilet.

Fabulous location if travelling from Singapore. Sooo many activities to get involved with. Room had everything you’d expect from a Marriot hotel room, but had the feel of being in a large tent. We had travelled in a group for a surprise birthday for our friend and they even helped us decorate her room with decorations we had purchased and taken along before she arrived. We took our own bbq food and drinks over from Singapore in cooler boxes. Hotel staff provided us with plenty of ice so there was no issue keeping things cold and fresh. Later that night the hotel staff prepared a full table setting outside our party outside our tent for dinner. We decided to opt for a little help from one of the Chefs to help us cook so we could relax with the group. The staff did everything from setting up the bbq, to cooking and coming to clear away all the plates and tables after. We decided to hire 2 bbqs since there were 8 in our group and we had taken heaps of food. cost of hire plus the Chef was around 100 sgd and the result was amazing. We had chosen a lagoon view room, which was a little pricey but worth every penny. The view both day and night were awesome, and it was so lovely sitting chilling together outside. We had so much food we had the leftovers for lunch the following day, so it had all the makings of a camping weekend, with the luxury of air con and a hot shower!!! Oh and did I mention they have a lovely onsite spa, reasonably priced. I can’t wait to return

Everything was perfect, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect (one compliant though, see below)...food was delicious, pool lovely, very very nice place to stay

Only one small gripe as everything was honestly lovely. The staff were very very friendly and helpful although only ever addressed myself and almost ignored my partner. I’m not sure if this is normal in Indonesia but it’s looked at as rude in the UK. The staff should be equally as polite and friendly on a 50/50 basis with Mr/Mrs.

The facilities were excellent since activities are bountiful and convenient to engage in. The service was perfect. Every one was smiling and ready to help
