Marriott Bonvoy never dissapoints, I found a hidden GEM
Started with a big great first impression by Mr Iyan, our driver in charge was kind as he went the extra mile to assist us with our heavy luggage. Then, one of the visitor's son is unwell and felt nauseous henceforth may vomit in the bus while on the way. Mr Iyan at first apologised for not able to assist with getting a plastic, then he didn't give up but searched thoroughly until he could find a small purple colour plastic to passed it to the visitor in need. Kemudian, salah satu anak pengunjung yang kurang sehat dan merasa mual hingga muntah-muntah di dalam bus saat dalam perjalanan. Pak Iyan mula-mula meminta maaf karena tidak bisa membantu mendapatkan plastik tersebut, kemudian beliau tidak menyerah namun terus mencari hingga menemukan plastik kecil berwarna ungu untuk dibagikan kepada pengunjung yang membutuhkan. I would like to leave a POSITIVE the best review when it comes to the Klook experienced too with Mr Edi who was our firefly tour guide and captain pak cik abun who steered our sampan professionally. Our driver Mr Ayik was on the dot meaning on time with the pick up to and from for our entire trip.
The power trip cuts off the landline of the room connected to the rest of the concierge and Natra Bintan resort. Henceforth, I used the roaming data in my phone to call the concierge number as seen on booking.com and this made me realised that I should have asked for the contact details of the resort in case of any emergency. After the electrician engineer personnel (I forgot to ask his name) came by to fix the room, once and then it tripped for the second time was when I decided to ask the concierge for a new room. The personnel of the concierge team were calm and handled the situation professionally. What I would like to suggest if I may, was that Natra could keep a back up generator on just so in case that there is a power outage as such. That there will be ways that electricity could still possibly run especially after a power outage occured. Setelah petugas teknisi listrik (saya lupa menanyakan namanya) datang untuk memperbaiki kamar, sekali dan kemudian tersandung untuk kedua kalinya adalah ketika saya memutuskan untuk meminta kamar baru kepada petugas. Personel tim pramutamu tenang dan menangani situasi secara profesional. Apa yang ingin saya sarankan jika boleh, adalah Natra dapat menyalakan generator cadangan untuk berjaga-jaga jika terjadi pemadaman listrik. Bahwa masih ada kemungkinan listrik masih bisa menyala terutama setelah terjadi pemadaman listrik.
